When it comes to luxury, One Tower Bridge is hard to beat. Breath-taking views of one of London’s most iconic landmarks, state-of-the-art fixtures, and a £3 million-plus price tag make it one of the capital’s most sought-after developments.

Our  team worked closely with developers Berkeley Homes at their flagship development to create a show home that not only matched the expectations of potential buyers but met our client’s brief head on.

Through our choice of bespoke furnishings and elegant furniture, we wanted to create a living space that wowed viewers as soon as they walked through the front door; one that competed with and complimented the uninterrupted views of Tower Bridge.

Set against a backdrop of rich woods and brass trims, we chose a calming and modern palette of neutrals and greys, and added hints of excitement and interest with statement metallics and splashes of teal. A real talking point was the feature geometric headboard in the master bedroom that was inlaid with brass and took more than six days to make.

In fact, our design scheme for the two-bedroom apartment was so successful we were delighted to hear it sold within one week.

“It was a very exciting to work in such an amazing development, one that has caused much attention in London’s hugely competitive property market,” explains Interiors by Dapa Client Director Rob Burton. “The view from the apartments is just stunning and we wanted to reflect that but also create a scheme that more than matched it.”
