The housing industry has seen significant legislation changes in the last few weeks, providing a much needed boost to house developers and associated companies. Firstly, from 8^th July to 31^st March 2021, the stamp duty on houses over £500,000 has been reduced, saving purchases significant sums of money and stimulating house purchases.
