Rob Burton, Co-Founder, Dapa Interiors said “the news regarding planning and stamp duty are fantastic for the building industry. Talking to some of our client’s, although they feel that the changes are long overdue, they feel that whilst we are still in the middle of this pandemic the changes provide a great stimulus to allow them to keep building and selling homes. This news will also have a notable effect on Dapa’s project pipeline, with positivity giving our clients the confidence to market hard and instruct new show homes. Long may it continue.”
