PIZZA AND COCKTAILS ARE ON THE MENU AT DAPA STAFF TRAINING DAY

The Dapa team enjoyed a training day with a difference today as they took part in pizza and cocktail masterclasses at Birmingham’s chic canal-side complex The Mailbox.

Staff were taught how to make the perfect pizza dough before cooking calzone; the classic Italian folded pizza.

The pizza training was followed by a cocktail making class at the uber-trendy Aluna Bar where the dry ice helped add to the dramatic effects of the drinks creations including their classic cocktails ‘French Martini’ and ‘Lava Lamp’.

Director Rob said “today was a lot of fun and having the whole team out together created a great chance for everyone to let their hair down after a very busy few months.”
