Dapa delivered a new show apartment design in just three weeks at the King’s Cross Quarter development in Central London.

King’s Cross Quarter is a collection of 118 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments along with residents’-only facilities, including a pool, spa, gym and landscaped communal garden, located in one of the Capital’s most exciting neighbourhoods.

The bespoke design for the show apartment was completed in a three-week period after Dapa designers and directors worked tirelessly to create the light, fresh space Regal London were seeking.

The design scheme came together with a mixture of materials including brass, marble and leather, combined with injections of mint and rose tones through the upholstery and custom painted artworks .

The scheme included key pieces such as upholstered armchairs in rose brushed velvet with brass frame in the living area and the marble and geometric brass console table with inset agate in the hallway.

The wallpaper palette continues the bright and welcoming feel with light grey linens.

Since completion of the show apartment, Regal London has commented on the professionalism, trust and reliability of the Dapa team.

Lucy Whitehead, Marketing Director, Regal London, said: “Dapa made the experience of designing and installing the interiors for our show home at King’s Cross Quarter so easy and hassle-free.

“They interpreted the brief well and delivered a scheme that has been ideal for our purchaser profile with plenty of fresh and contemporary flourishes. It’s received lots of positive comments. I’d be happy to recommend them to anyone who is looking for reliable interior design, delivered on time and on budget.”
