Following the successful delivery of multiple commercial projects at the iconic Battersea Power Station and South Quay Plaza in London’s Docklands, Dapa have launched an in-house specialist commercial interior design division, spearheaded by Simeon Wake.

The new division will take complete control of Dapa’s existing opportunities in London and beyond, including a range of marketing suites, sales centres and residents’ facilities encompassing lobbies and concierge areas, gyms, bars, dining rooms, screening rooms, meeting rooms, spas and external terraces. The Dapa commercial team will act as the project lead in collaboration with leading architects and industry specialists, delivering not only the FF&E package but consultation on the functionality and specification of the spaces.

Simeon has a wealth of experience in the commercial and leisure sector, acting as lead designer and project manager for award winning bars and restaurants all of the world. His experience and knowledge, combined with the creative talent within the existing residential division of the business, will enable Dapa to establish itself as a major player in the commercial interiors market.

Daniel Mumford, Co-founder commented “We are extremely excited to launch this division within Dapa. We are seeing an increasing demand for first class facilities within residential complexes so to be able to use our experience to add value to our client’s developments is fantastic. We have so many exciting projects coming up which will have national and global coverage.”
