The installation team at Dapa have just completed the fit out of a 1,774 square foot two-bedroom penthouse on the 61st floor of the prominent development, Deansgate Square in central Manchester. Deansgate Square is the highest sky tower in the UK with far stretching views over the city of Manchester and the Pennines. Dapa’s brief was to create a luxurious, aspirational, city living interior aimed at professionals purchasers. The colour palette was centred around smoky blues, misty greens and neutrals pulling from the breathtakingly rare backdrop which combines the vibrancy of the city and the calmness from the hills beyond.

Sally Watson, Client Manager, Dapa Interiors commented “With such an emphasis on home working now we purposefully positioned a desk and chair looking out of the living area full length windows, making the most of the incredible views. The bespoke dining table for entertaining eight is complimented with velvet upholstered dining chairs and the large curved sofa on a deep pile rug, brushed golds and marble furniture finishes create a stunning living area.

The principle bedroom has a signature headboard framed with a dark timber detail, punctuating the luxurious finishes throughout the room. Silks and velvets in the finer details of the soft furnishings work to successfully achieve the right balance of luxury and style. A quieter confidence is achieved in the second bedroom with the tonal colour palette. The fabrics are blended with softer linens and suedes, sitting harmoniously with the inky blue furniture finishes, subtly pulling through the hues from the living space.”

The overall result is an exceptional, inspiring interior with beautiful detailing. The client was delighted with the scheme and confident we hit just the right note for the luxury market they are aiming for. The launch will be live in November and set for success.
