Initial contact
At initial contact via phone or email we get to know you, your property and how we can help. We will then suggest the best consultation arrangement for you i.e. phone, email or a face-to-face meeting (which is always recommended). We will then arrange a convenient date and time for the consultation.

Design consultation
Ideally at your property. A specific discussion about your lifestyle, how you would like each room to be used and your general vision for the interior including colours, style and finish. We will also discuss the timeframe (on average, ten weeks) and initial budget for the project as well as any specific requirements you have.

The design time and fee will be approved by you prior to any works starting. We will then work closely with the design team to ensure all items are carefully selected to best tailor your requirements.

Once designed, we will meet with you to present and discuss the design concept we have custom created for you. The scheme will be presented to you in your preferred way, either digitally via PDF boards or on a one to one basis with our detailed A3 sample boards where we will talk through each item and fabric selected for you.

Amendments & sign off
We will then discuss any adjustments you’d like to make to the design and action accordingly. When you are happy with the final design you will be asked to sign our quotation to start the ordering process. We will go through our terms and conditions and lead times to deliver the project.

Installation & Final
We will project-manage the process for you and will keep you involved at all stages of the ordering process. Our team will carry out the necessary checks prior to installation to avoid any issues that may occur. Our operations team will then distribute an installation schedule for your approval. We will be present on installation of the items to ensure a smooth fit out followed by a walk-through of the interior to ensure you are completely happy with the final design.

Following the installation of your interior we are here to answer any queries that you may have, if you require any additional assistance or you require any additional items.
